• Ran Coco Bodu Hithi, Maldives as pilot-property for to develop an in-house RMS product called RevGain. The project lasted for 2 years with trials and failures.
• Led PHR (Preferred Hotels and Resorts) re-negotiations of existing hotels and managed to bring the commission down from 3% to USD 4.5 per transaction which yielded in saving 200K in PHR commissions per year.
