The project lasted for 2 years with trials and failures. • Led PHR (Preferred Hotels and Resorts) re-negotiations of existing hotels and managed to bring the commission down from 3% to USD 4.5 per transaction which yielded in saving 200K in PHR commissions per year.• Private Concierge for Coco Prive (2013-2019) for luxury bookings including royal families and HNIWs. Notable personalities were Royal families, Hollywood celebrities and sports personalities.• From 2016-2019, in the absence of DOS, I handled sales verticals for China and India. The rest of the markets were directed and managed by the CCO. China and India held 37% of the market share until 2019 for Coco Bodu Hithi.
