Collaborated closely with marketing teams to devise and execute impactful launch strategies, contributing significantly to Sipit's successful market entry.• Pioneered a customer activation channel by orchestrating the migration of SIP customers from the legacy application to Sipit, resulting in a substantial increase in the user base.• Conducted internal workshops for 300+ employees, educating them about Sipit and fostering cross-functional enthusiasm for the product across multiple divisions of the company.• Researched and spearheaded the design overhaul of ENACH Mandate setup, enhancing the investment experience for investors.

I was a JDE in chassis subsystem which focuses on building light and compatible chassis for the car. As a team, we build electric vehicle to participate in competitions like FSUK and Formula Bharat. Being a JDE, I have developed my designing skills a lot and have gained a lot of hands-on experience regarding the chassis. This year we are focusing on making of monocoque chassis.

During the trainee tenure, I learnt a lot about the functioning of steer and how it is being connected to the wheels. Also, I learnt a lot about Chassis Design and it's ways of weight reduction and also the functioning of drivetrain and gearbox

The venture was started to help and mentor JEE aspirants to cope up with the online mode of studies and guide them based on our experience and learning on how to perform well in exam. Being at this position, I have developed my team work skills. I also, learned different ways to manage mob, how to reach out to newer people, management and maintanance of media.
