Research Fellow
West Champaran, Bihar, India
The Indian Political Action Committee (IPAC) in Bihar, I served as a Research Fellow in the Research and Insights Team. My responsibilities included collecting field data in West Champaran district, Bihar, managing data for two assembly constituencies, and conducting in-depth interviews with PRIs and local leaders to understand public challenges. Additionally, I engaged with teachers, retired IAS and IPS officers, and coordinated their participation in JanSuraaj Padyatra led by Prashant Kishore. I played a crucial role in election campaigns, including MLC and urban local body elections, where I contributed to winning key seats and gained insights into public representation at the grassroots level. My experience enhanced my communication skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders, including MLAs, ex-MLAs, and MPs, furthering our organizational objectives.
