Customer Service Manager CSM/TSM Reporting to ASM, taking care of After Sales Service Support and Service Marketing at 5 different district in UP for all LOBs like M&HCV, Buses and SCV. Taking care of service support given to the customer through our channel partner like Dealers TASSs and Guru by ensuring the availability parts availability, process oriented workshop, customer reach and trained manpower. Do different types of audits like WAR, warranty, scarp, AMC and safety to prevent any kind of mal practice and bypassing of process. I work on post work feedback of customers and using different method for monitoring like PSF, complaint and others. I am the single contact person to the company for Rectify warranty disputes of customers by guiding CPs for quick solution and provide feedback tomplant for product improvement through CIRs. Monitoring of business parameter like service penetration through Revenue, Offtakes of Spare/Lubes, TAT, profitability and growth. Ensuring the Training/ Certification of manpower like Technician, Mechanics and Managers of channel partner. We do Service Marketing like FMSs sales, AMC sales, Service Containers deployment and vendor ancillary deployment which help us to increase the profitability of CP and fast service provider. Implementation of Product Improvement activities on field with proper SOPs of plants through Retro activities.
