1. Cash flow projections, forecasting and planning including financial modeling and valuation of pan India investments.2. Variance analysis of cash flows and key metrics/KPIs (budgets vs actuals). Trend & expense analysis through interaction with functional leads and business partners. Monitoring P&L and sales performance to develop rolling forecasts.3. Performing investment analysis and feasibility studies using primary & secondary research for various asset types - retail, commercial, hospitality, residential and office.4. Risk monitoring of the company’s pan India RE book including security coverage and tracking the progress of projects, identification of early warning signals and compliance of sanction covenants. 5. Quarterly dashboards/report of real estate book analysis to management using data analytics and representation through Dashboards and Power BI.6. Involved in strategic insights into micro-market and trend analysis with direct presentation to CEO, including market research and identification of key opportunities for investment.7. Liasoning with developers, financial institutions, government bodies, real estate funds as well as regional, zonal and national sales, credit, legal and technical team members.
