  As a part of 'Econ Pollution Control Consultants' I am a key account holder who is responsible for the design & detailed engineering of various ETP's/ZLD's in the Pharma/F&B/FMCG sector leveraging and innovating best practices in sustainability, water, carbon usage & wastewater treatment. Other than providing an end to end consultancy service to our clients I am also responsible to meet prospective clients to understand their needs & guide the proposals team to provide innovative solutions for the same.Principle Responsibilities for ETP's & Wastewater Recovery Projects:Responsible for managing global design projects (sustainability, environment, water & wastewater) for implementation across multiple sectors and for one or more categories. Specific responsibilities include managing:• Development of process designs to reduce environmental foot print.• Value Engineering initiatives for the sustainability, water & wastewater.• Developing Conceptual / Preliminary Engineering Packages (FEED).• Evaluation of ‘Sustainability’ options for every project.• Detailing out the technical appendix of the Capital Expenditure Proposal for our clients.• Carrying out detailed design engineering for the proposed plants.• Managing the overall cost, scope and time for various Engineering phases of the project.• Auditing various facilities & suggesting improvements with a view to meet goals such as sustainability/R & M/Business needs.Principal Responsibilities (Zero Liquid Discharge Systems)• Discussion of technical proposals with client (Feed properties, Product handling etc.) for greenfield/brownfield projects.• Detailed process design including P & ID, layout preparation & mass & energy balances. • Defining utility requirements like steam, cooling water, power, sealing water & instrument air.• Co ordination with civil, mechanical, electrical teams for smooth execution• Overall execution of the project
