● Managed scheduling and procurement of Automotive Paints and related chemicals, Fuels, Gases, Chemicals, Oils and Lubricants, Safety Items, Lab Items etc.- Achieved cost savings of 3% of purchase value in financial year 2013-14 as compared to financial year 2012-13- Independently negotiated purchase contracts with more than 100 vendors located across the country● Conceptualized and implemented a Vendor Management System to systematize procurement of automotive paints- Revised projections of consumption of paints and related chemicals to rectify its mismatch with actual consumption- Achieved ~10% reduction in inventory levels by making vendors accountable for maintaining their inventories
