As an academic support volunteer, I went to various orphanages and taught students on weekends. I also coordinated in organising various activities for students.

My role was to source candidates using Source candidates using job boards including CB, Monster, Zip Recruiter, Referrals, and Internet Searches.Handled fresh clients and serving them with providing the required results along with quality.Perceive, comprehend, analyze, and interface with clients and their requirements. I made sure that the onboarding and interview process is smooth for the candidate.

Involved in entire Recruitment life-cycle process such as sourcing resume from job portals like Job Diva ,Dice.Com, Career Builder and Leoforce. Initial resume screening, interviewing, Rate Negotiation, Resume submission to the client, Interview scheduling, Feedback.Dealt with the candidates on Various Payment terms like W2, C2C (Corp to Corp) for all type of jobs like Contract to Hire , Full time,Contractual .

Worked with Intellify-IIT Dehi, a team of IITD alumni in organising a olympiad all over India . My role there was as a Business Development Executive in Chandigarh. I informed various educational institutions about the same and organised various seminars to give them the knowledge about Olympiad and told them to participate.

MakeIntern is an association which offers best learning and internship opportunities to the students as it has tie ups with renowned companies and institutions.My responsibilities there were to promote the services of MakeIntern and make the students aware about the recent internships and training programmes.
