In my current role, I'm responsible to support senior leadership team in financial reporting, planning and analysis of investment budgets. Key accountabilities include:• Financial Planning : Keep a track of annual budget assigned for Toll Technology Centre's Investment Projects (Capex & Propex) and ensure the effective utilization of the same• Financial Monitoring & Analysis : Tracking performance / actuals spend of projects and conduct variance analysis monthly, quarterly and yearly (budget/planned vs forecasts vs actuals)• Review revenue and cost accruals to ensure accurate project financials• Evaluate and update data regarding resource cost, resource utilization and resource productivity reports• Financial Reporting : Providing meaningful, concise summary of budget consumption and variance analysis to senior leadership team • Portfolio Management - Monitor and publish project budget health reports to leadership and business teams to be updated on Capex/Propex consumption, Cash Flow projection and forecast of multiple projects, program and divisions • Propose and drive process improvements required to enhance controls.
