 Responsible for full life cycle recruiting of US candidates including sourcing, negotiation, closing candidates.  Dealing with consultants on H1B, GC, TN, H4, CITIZENS etc. Negotiating the rates on W2, 1099, Contract, Contract to hire basis. Responsible to understand and analyze the requirements in different domain categories. Expertise in using job portals like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, indeed etc. Mass mailing the candidates for requirements. Handled all the IT Technologies involving combination of complex skill sets and rare technologies. Preliminary screening/short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement. Recruit for a variety of position and skill set including Project Manager, Data Analyst, Network Engineer, Application Developer, Java, .Net, Web developer, Data Engineer, SAP and other professional requirements such as Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, QA analyst, System Analyst etc. Recruited for positions located in different states in US and have a good knowledge on all states with their respective time zones. Having good experience working with Midmarket preferred vendors/ Direct Clients /Implementation Partners.
