As an expert IELTS trainer at Suvidha Foundation, I had the privilege of guiding and mentoring both the HR head of SMM and the founder of CodeKaroYaaro to reach their desired IELTS scores. My role involved creating and implementing effective IELTS training programs, evaluating student progress, and providing individualized feedback and support to improve their language proficiency. I also provided expert guidance and resources to assist students in successfully preparing for the IELTS exam. This experience allowed me to improve and enhance my skills as a trainer and deepened my understanding of the diverse needs of my students. During my internship at SMM, I was given the opportunity to lead as an HR intern. I was responsible for hiring new employees and learned that finding the right fit for a company is not easy. I interviewed candidates, reviewed resumes and made tough decisions on who to hire. With each new hire, I felt a sense of accomplishment.I realized that I had a passion for human resources and took some courses to learn more about the field. Through these courses, I gained a better understanding of diversity, inclusion and legal and ethical considerations in the workplace.I met many new people, both within and outside the company. I networked with other HR professionals and gained valuable insights.When my internship ended, I was thrilled to be offered a job as an IELTS trainer. I was excited to continue working with the company and the people that I had grown to know and respect. I was able to share my knowledge and help others achieve their goals, which was an incredibly rewarding experience.Overall, my internship at SMM was a valuable learning experience that helped me discover my passion for human resources and gave me the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
