Senior Dedicated Learning Manager
Current● Lead the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives, including curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment strategies.● Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technology teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences.● Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful program delivery.● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to define program goals, objectives, and deliverables.● Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness through data analysis, feedback, and assessment metrics.● Identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation, and implement solutions to enhance program outcomes.● Stay current on trends and best practices in education, technology, and instructional design.● Provide leadership, guidance, and support to program team members, including instructional designers, content developers, and project managers.● Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
