Harshitha is currently an entrepreneur and has started Neopulse Energy - a technical services company focused on renewable industry. Harshitha in her earlier stint was the COO of Radiance renewables managed by Eversource capital. Prior to that, she led the Digital solutions business for power transmission and distribution sector for the EMEA region with P&L responsibility. Earlier she was also part of the supervisory committee responsible for the execution of two large scale solar projects in Saudi - 1.8 GW and 300 MW. Earlier she had incubated and led the Microgrid and Battery energy storage business with end to end P&L responsibility. Under her leadership Microgrid and battery energy storage business was developed from scratch including technology and product development like containerized BESS, mobile solar plus storage solution and EMS, setting up of the BESS integration and testing facility, bagging and successfully executing India's largest grid scale solar plus battery energy storage project (20 MW solar and 16 MW/8 MHr storage), bagging of largest solar Microgrid project of India through which electricity was provided to around 300 rural Villages in Bihar. In her previous roles, her contribution includes the execution of 100s of MW of utility scale Solar projects, execution of one of the World’s largest single roof top power plant of 7.52 MWp capacity in India & Commissioning of India’s first full-fledged Microgrid system. Before joining the Renewable business team, she was part of L&T Corporate Strategy and had worked deeply along with top management consultants McKinsey & Co and Bain & Co.  Harshitha was selected for the leadership development programme of L&T by going through the development centre process and currently undergoing the seven steps of leadership training programme. Many of her projects and innovations have won prestigious awards like Indian smart grid forum award, India Energy storage alliance award, World Innovation Congress awards by ET times etc. Harshitha has an MBA (PGDM) from S P Jain Institute of Management  and Research ( Dean's top one), an M.Tech degree from IIT Madras ( gold medallist), B.Tech from University of Calicut ( University rank holder) and schooling from Kendriya Vidhyala (School topper and all rounder). She is a strong advocate of Nature care and animal welfare and spends her leisure time in this pursuit.
