As a Learning Services Analyst in the Global Learning Services Team I primarily handle the end to end activities for coordinating trainings in the Pacific and EAJ regions.Key Responsibilities as a Learning Services Analyst include:1. Receiving and recording session requests from the stakeholders and maintaining a session calendar.2. Creating sessions on the learning solutions platform used by the company.3. Sourcing the trainers for the sessions.4. Sourcing the venue for the sessions.5. Arranging logistics for the session like catering, stationery, etc.6. Monitoring enrollments for the sessions.7. Sending invitations to the participants as well as the trainers.8. Coordinating the materials supply for the sessions.9. Certificate preparation and coordination for printing of the same.10. Attendance management.11. Purchase Order management for the trainings and trainers and coordination with vendor payments.12. Collating feedback and evaluation from the participants.

Here at the International Mobility Center at Schneider-Electric India we assist the International Assignees, both inbound and outbound with their international assignment related processes and guiding them through the immigration process as well as coordination with immigration and relocation vendors, tax briefings and compensation management for these assignees, My responsibilities include maintaining the log books and databases of the International Assignees, preparing their contracts, compensation, salary revisions and vendor database management.

During the tenure with Infosys I was initially trained and later on put on project. I have worked in 3 projects all related to programming in Oracle and Core Java. This experience not only helped me improve technically, but also taught me the importance of team work, organizational skills and timely work. It help me improve my confidence and interpersonal skills, all of which are helpful to contribute to an organization no matter what the nature of work is.
