I’m Harshitha Vadivel and I like to say I’m DRIVEN WHERE I CAN CREATE 🎡- whether it’s leading large-scale recruitment campaigns, managing projects, or designing user-friendly digital experiences. At U&I, I’ve had the opportunity to lead national recruitment efforts and build systems that streamline volunteer selection. I love finding creative, efficient solutions to complex challenges and thrive in roles that blend strategy and execution♟️Beyond my work at U&I, I’ve also gained hands-on experience during my internships. At POBL.INC, I helped set up onboarding processes, managed recruitment for a startup project in Srinagar, and even assisted in building a positive work culture for a brand in Coimbatore🏆 At Tenshi Kaizen, I got to work in quality assurance, gaining insights into SOPs and GMP guidelines.
