United Airlines provides services to the customers with its website and mobile applications which are available to the public and also some services to the staff including cabin crew and pilots with the help of several internal applications. I have worked on an application for the Cabin Crew for a span of 6 months where I have dealt with the development, enhancement, maintenance and unit testing of the application. This application was an initiative to make the maintenance work of the Cabin crew easier amidst the various other duties that they will be performing during the flight. This application takes care of upgrading or adjusting the seats for special cases, making requests to the respective departments for all the employees, helps the cabin crew in giving and advanced notification about any cases where some seats could not be available for booking etc., right from the Flight attendants to the Pursers who are also called as the Chief Flight attendants.

Worked on a portal application in the company that allows agents/employees to log into their accounts and enter the stock information on the supplies, track and search where certain orders are in the process and transfer the required data to the respective parties online. It also provides tools for agents/employee to customize their group of accounts and publishes customized reports for their corporate purposes in terms of each individual store.
