I am a passionate and dedicated IT professional with a Master of Information Technology degree in Cybersecurity from Charles Sturt University. I have been working as a Network Administrator at Respiro, a leading technology company, since July 2023, where I am responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining the network infrastructure and security systems.Prior to joining Respiro, I worked as an Operations Handling Specialist at DHL Global Forwarding, one of the world's largest logistics providers, for over five years. In this role, I provided help desk support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for various IT issues and requests from internal and external customers.I have a strong attention to detail, a keen interest in learning new technologies, and a proactive approach to improving IT processes and outcomes.
