2: Duties & Responsibilities ( List in the order of importance the duties & responsibilities of this job)• Plan & execute appropriately the HR functions and activities adhering to Regional HR budget drawn up at beginning of Financial year received from HO HRD• Personnel administration for the zone: Maintaining and updating database and records of regional employees, maintenance of registers and disciplinary processes, joining, exits, etc.• Ongoing review of all existing systems – Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & Development, Succession & Career planning, Welfare activities, Personnel administration, HR automation, Employee relations & communication, Separations, disciplinary procedures for the Zone and provide suggestions.• Conduct monthly review meetings with Zonal/ Regional Head – Ops, Regional Accounts head and other key personnel to monitor progress and achievement of job objectives for HR.• Ensure compliance of appropriate statutory procedures – to audit six monthly.• Devise measures to Exercise control on Zonal expenses like telephone, travel, and others through suitable policies and awareness among employees.• Review and communication with branches and RO on contract Manpower, HR policies, newsletter, employees, statutory compliances, etc. Also various motivational and welfare activities for the Zone.• Orienting employees to company policies, procedures, develop role clarity and strengthen interpersonal relations through Periodic communiqués and Programs.
