My responsibilities included critical analysis of the current state of the local chapter of the organization followed by planning and guiding the entire team to achieve its set target. Internships (sales) and leadership development being the two main product of the organisation, the responsibility was to focus both on internal as well as external stakeholders.

During this time the responsibility was to focus on sales and delivering to the stakeholder at the same time. Since it was the first time our product was introduced, creating channels for future advancement and building trust with the client included major portion of it.

The responsibility was to design and manufacture a steering system with minimum play and effort that was within the team allocated budget and complied with the competition guidelines.
