Work Exposure in general: • Perform analysis of finished products.• Analyze in-process, intermediate samples.• Instruments skills: Karl Fischer Titrator Melting Point Apparatus Auto Titrator Specific gravity meter UV-VIS Spectrophotometer Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer pH meter HPLC Bulk Density Apparatus.• Analyze R&D samples.• Documentation of analysis records.• In-house auditing of in-process, intermediate and finished products analysis.• Perform calibration of Instruments.• Prepare volumetric solutions and standardization of the same.• Raw material sampling, analysis, approval and disapproval labeling.• Preparing dispatch documents and final product COA.• Have good exposure in synthesizing the molecules and transferring the technology to the plant level.• Experience in conducting multi-step organic synthesis for modifications in synthetic routes and various stages of process for improvement in yield and quality of the products. • Well versed with purification techniques like  Reprocess Re-crystallization Column chromatography Salt formation Fractional distillation• Work exposure in GMP, GLP, OHS and ISO approved company. • Experience in literature search using software like  Reaxys Scifinder Chemical abstract Patent search Chemdraw for structure drawing• Actively involved in feasibility, process optimization, lab validation, and technology transfer to pilot plant and finally to commercial production.• Ability to think new concepts and interested in emerging technologies.• Ability to organize workload in strict time-frame, and coordinate activities under pressure.• Good communication skills and interrelate well with people at all levels.Skills achieved:• Safe work in laboratory.• Awareness about chemical, electrical and fire safety.• Aseptic techniques, streaking of agar plates. • Cultivation of microorganism in the laboratory.• Making and staining of blood films.
