• Managing the customer service functions, including Cashiers and Merchandiser.• Trains cashier in job functions.• Ensures Cashier/Merchandising staff comply with all store policies and operating procedures.• Ensures all loss prevention standards are implemented and manages daily cash office responsibilities.• Ensures inventory and cashier tracking, tracking sheets, PC Optimum procedures are implemented.• Answer inquires from customer regarding location of product.• Resolves customer issues according to established guidelines (refunds, exchanges, rainchecks etc.).• Promotes the CSI Survey.• Perform other duties as required including Cashier duties when necessary.• Runs the end of the day for the POS system.• Perform clerical and banking duties (bank deposits, coin changes etc.).• Ensures store standards and image are well maintained.• Complies with all store policies and procedures.• Complies with loss prevention policies and procedure and ensures they are executed in the store
