The project is a huge added value to the company's bottom line and also to the company’s supply chain management process. - Created a process to import, clean and store asset data effectively and efficiently at OH.- Wrote ETL tasks from scratch using Python while leveraging AWS S3, Redshift, EC2 and Docker. - Improved the efficiency of the ETL system by a huge margin (what used to finish running by 8 am, now runs consistently by 5 am). I also worked to reduce failure rates of the ETL. - Implemented PagerDuty support using AWS Lambda for the ETL, so I get paged when there are any errors/failures. - Effectively trained other engineers to work on the ETL and Data Warehouse.

- Working on the 3D maps team, to help build more interactive, and beautiful maps. - Wrote clean and maintainable Java code on projects that enabled the team to run Hadoop jobs on a much larger scale, in an efficient and fast manner. (The jobs that used to run on small cities can now run on large continents, and in some cases can handle the entire world) - Wrote Java code that improved the efficiency of the testing process by a huge margin, before one Hadoop job was ran per city, now one job can be ran for multiple cities and landmarks across the entire world. This way data gets populated faster and with very little interference from humans.
