Sales Lead - North America
Current- (primarily selling all capital projects 150K$+)- Annual individual revenue contribution 2.3 M$ , Managed team 4 M$, Total 6.3 M$ YOY revenue. - Managing 4 overseas Sales member & 2 Department managers with their sales / Service funnel on daily basis to achieve Strategic goals across different polymer sectors. Prioritizing on moving sales road map ahead while focusing on closing leads. Target to increase market share in recycling portfolio in certain polymer groups.- Monitoring internal cross department workflows for expedited work efficiency across Sales/ Service /Purchase/ HR / Assembly.- Expanding Business horizons across USA & CANADA, primarily across east coast with company’s product presence in recycling sector- Front Face in delegating company's presence in Trade Events & conferences .- Adding local channel partners for company’s revenue stream.- Technological advisor for selection of right processes for handling plastic waste from either of the segments CRUSH/ WASH/ EXTRUDER /PALLETIZE.- Bridging cohesiveness with regulatory boards & local governmental.
