- Co-founder and partner- Contract and manage an average of 50 client accounts annually - Network with premium hotel brands, venues, and event industry leaders to create referral partnerships - Develop an event production branch that offers our technical and creative expertise to clientele outside of the entertainment industry - Design an annual service catalog that provides an eye-appealing and informative first impression of the company and what it has to offer- Research and implement 3-5 new service offerings per year that complement the existing portfolio - Build a talent brand strategy that highlights each team member’s personality and strengths in an effort to humanize the company brand- Develop and execute a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and mission - Create custom digital marketing materials for industry associates to showcase recent collaborative efforts

- Manage and support 15+ pre- and post-production environments while troubleshooting systems to fix existing errors and potential risks- Execute the builds and deployments for all pre- and post-production environments - Coordinate, execute, and verify the installation of new hot fixes and upgrades as the Dev Ops lead- Collaborate with developers, testers and clients to resolve bugs and tickets- Conduct routine application, environment and server maintenance - Troubleshoot technical issues for 7 applications that are integrated within the in-house platform- Manage user roles and permissions for all environments and databases through user tables and Azman- Implement security policies for databases and application servers- Develop technical back-up protocols to minimize on-site downtime - Utilize and write bat files to automate and standardize processes and builds- Create and modify user guides to improve client experience and internal cross-training while also reducing repeat ticket rates- Provide 24/7 on-call support for production environment emergencies and scheduled deployments

- Self-manage the identification and resolution of operational concerns - Provide help desk support to end users related to hardware and computer applications- Install, maintain, and document network hardware and software- Set up and assign corporate devices while managing equipment inventory - Create, maintain, and terminate user credentials through Active Directory on Windows server- Provide support for Windows 7 and 8 operating systems as well as for Microsoft Office 2007-2013

- Receive test booklets from TPR and distribute them to students on testing days- Supervise 20-40 students and keep start and end times for test sections- Improve validity of test scores by enforcing all standard examination regulations
