• Setup & Manage, customer datacenter & complete IT infrastructure including remote sites & branches.• Organize Infrastructure solutions and the implemented technologies with their documentation and assured knowledge share among customer IT team & internal team.• Manage, monitor, and maintain the customer's IT infrastructure and related projects that supports the business critical services and needs.• Develop strategic plans, implementing company policies, designing infrastructure systems, conducting research, purchasing hardware, & testing network performance.• Provide leadership, direction and guidance, creating and maintaining a productive work environment and ensuring resources have the appropriate skills and tools to perform their work.• Establish corporate IT infrastructure standards in regards to configuration and security and ensure it meets the IT governance, audit and compliance requirements.• Driving project closure through Terms & Conditions, Inspection, Training & Customer acceptance, including Operations & Maintenance agreements.• Provide strategic and operational leadership for implementing programs, processes, procedures & policies for areas of responsibility.• Set objectives and priorities as well as manage the IT resources accordingly to the business objectives.• Supervise & technically lead several datacenter projects, Hyper-converged solutions, virtualization, servers, anti-spam gateways, NAS/DAS storages, backup operations, antivirus solutions, monitoring solutions.• Technical supervise network and security projects, new sites setup,firewalls,VPN, network access control,wireless,IPS/IDS, PBX etc.• Technical lead Microsoft solutions, Hyper-V,clustering,Exchange,SQL,Skype for business,SharePoint,Active directory,DHCP,DNS and Azure cloud.• Improve network security by adopt security best practices, & run vulnerability and penetration testing.• Maintain Infrastructure documentation, equipment inventory and manage the hardware life cycle.
