Offshore Exploration and Appraisal evaluation that includes prospect maturation, detailed seismic interpretation, rock physics, AVO , reservoir modelling, capacity building and stakeholder management in Guyana-Suriname Basin. The work spans across the prolific blocks 58, 53, 52 and other deep and shallow water acreage.

- Portfolio finalization of small discovered oil and gas fields by extensive de-risking and ranking based on subsurface data integration- Recommendation to bid strategy to client, based on data driven results.

- Managed growth energy projects ensuring project interdependencies are properly adhered to and execution risks are minimized, and drive for effective & efficient implementation of solutions. It included stakeholder alignment, budget finalization, stage gate completion and higher management approval. One such project added 8k bopd of oil from 6 wells with favourable IRR > 100% and 2x production from existing field. - Expertise in 2D, 3D, 4D Seismic Interpretation integrating structural geology, 4D seismic planning and reservoir monitoring, subsurface mapping, depth conversion, Quantitative seismic Interpretation, AVO and rock physics analysis.- Hydrocarbon Block evaluation with end-to-end support like identification of competent international vendor to completion of evaluation in time and budget with set quality standards and timely approval by relevant review committee. Project helped relinquish the non-productive block with estimated $60 MM cost saving. - Successfully led Projects like machine learning implementation for asset optimization and processing of big data (Seismic) with international competent, benchmarked vendors (Singapore, london, CGG). Project helped placing wells at optimized subsurface locations adding significant incremental oil in matured offshore fields and avoided dry well cost- Experience in developing core machine learning algorithms in field development settings, extensive working knowledge of developing learning models using tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, etc.- Experienced in latest machine learning applications, time series analysis and workflow optimization-Supporting with data driven decision making for growth project planning and Field Development Plan (FDP) execution.- An able integrator of seismic, geological, petrophysical and production data to come up with well and reservoir level opportunity and reservoir model to support FDP’s

- Led the integrated drilling project as Geophysicist to deliver onshore Aishwariya infill campaign and added ~ 6MMBOE of reserves in the field and helped increase production by another 7000 BOPD.- Led Micro-seismic planning, monitoring and interpretation of results in RDG volcanic unconventional Gas field.- Shallow hazard and near field prospectivity assessment using integration of relevant datasets, thereby saving valuable dollars for company.- Involved actively in generating 3D static reservoir models using geostatistics, for the largest onshore oilfield in India in last 25 years (Mangala~1.3 billion barrels)- Provide real time well tie and velocity model upgradation incorporating geostatistics and data driven approach to successfully land and geosteer 11 horizontal wells without a single sidetrack.- Machine Learning application to subsurface pattern recognition using principal component analysis and self- organizing Maps so as to place the wells optimally.- Extended Elastic Impedance (EEI) based study using python coding to help automate well level evaluations, in a single run.
