• Working closely with the Chairperson, CEO, Advisors, and Arghyam team on water resources programmes, interlinked and interdependent aspects for conceptualization, design, management and policy advocacy• Key resource person, core team member for strategic and financial planning for programmes and projects, risk assessment and evaluations, grants management, and managing partner networks across India• Participatory Groundwater Management (PGWM) – Lead a unique and successful water, livelihood security and ecosystems programme with key resource organizations through community led approach across diverse hydrogeological typologies in India which has positively impacted communities through knowledge demystification enabled and data based decision systems, action research, building a cadre of professionals, and scaling-up with policy advocacy• Springs Initiative (Springshed programme for mountainous regions); – Innovative programme on springs as part of global freshwater ecosystems (springs protection, rejuvenation and its management); through key partner organizations and State Governments - Sikkim, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Uttarakhand and West Bengal with significant achievements at pan India scale• Advisor to the Groundwater – Sanitation nexus programme funded by Arghyam and anchored by Indian Institute of Human Settlements• Representation in key meetings and presentations at various important conferences, workshops, capacity building and training events• Liaison with Stakeholders, NGOs, international agencies, key research institutes and Government officials to develop strategic partnerships
