Contributing towards the UI and Infrastructural modernisation of OTAC and towards building the Features, Capabilities and Differentiation of Oracle Recruiting which sits within Oracle's Fusion HCM suite of SaaS offerings.

I look after various initiatives for Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (previously Oracle Taleo) which falls under the HCM suite of Oracle's Cloud Properties.I support SaaS Automation, Release Management, Sourcing and Fluid Transformation initiatives for OTAC. I'm responsible for a vibrant and highly capable group of over 30 people across locations and initiatives.Focus on planning and execution of ongoing as well as innovative initiatives to ensure that our Product line remains a market leader.

Continued to ramp up on the ownership of Security, Architecture and Framework related initiatives for Oracle Taleo. Responsible for a group of about 15 people. Established ownership of most of the areas with IDC teams and their relationship with stake-holders located globally. Heavily invested into Customer Success and 24x7 support for critical issue resolution for production. During this period, we achieved FedRAMP compliance after focussed modernisation of the entire product suite.Focussed on Agile development methodologies to transform our processes and speed up delivery, Boosting Security across the product suite and Architecting cross-platform solutions for framework upgrades and Security Fixes.

Brought on to a new team to contribute towards the Platform and Security initiatives for Oracle Taleo from India Development Centre, Hyderabad. Started with a group of 4 engineers (myself included) and grew our responsibilities to initiatives like SaaS Automation Tooling with a team of about 10-12 engineers during this period.Focus on Java and related frameworks as well as JavaScript (as middleware tech).

Hired at Oracle to form part of a specialised Fusion Applications development team looking after Fusion Security. Started out as a back-end and server-tech developer and then picked up ADF to build middleware and UI. Gradually moved onto doing framework level POCs.

Varied responsibilities across the Hi-Tech Manufacturing and Banking domains and across technologies from Java/J2EE, SQL-PL/SQL and Cocoa (MacOS). I've worked in teams ranging from highly focussed and small research groups to very large and diversified implementations. The common threads were always full-stack development obeying the MVC approach while following Waterfall SDLC.
