I am working in vCISO at CyberSmithSecure, where I've made significant contributions to cybersecurity and compliance. My expertise spans several critical areas:ISO 27001 Leadership: I worked with organizations through the intricate process of implementing ISO 27001, establishing robust information security management systems. This has empowered them to confidently protect their digital assets.Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC): My role involves implementing GRC frameworks, enabling clients to proactively manage risks, align with industry best practices, and meet stringent compliance requirements. I've been instrumental in building resilient security strategies.Data Privacy and PII Protection: Privacy is paramount. I've successfully overseen the implementation of ISO 27701, emphasizing data privacy and regulatory compliance. Working in matters of NCLT and DRT proceedings and drafting legal Documents such as IA, additional Affidavits, and Applications before the National Company Law Tribunal, Debt Recovery Tribunal, and Hon'ble Bombay High Court. Court visits which include NCLT, DRT, and Bombay High Court, and assisting councils in the Arbitration proceedings.

Worked with the CEO of ASCL Mrs. Shuchi Nagpal. I helped them with the research on the topic given to me and drafted a word document for their project in the different areas of law.

I worked in the Small Causes Court at Bombay under senior advocate Mr. Divyakant Mehta also known as DC Mehta. Where I learnt about the civil proceedings, learnt drafting and went through The Indian Evidence Act 1872 and the Maharashtra Rent control Act 1999.
