Saltmine is a US-based SaaS company in real-estate technology. As a Product Manager, I work closely with the executives to drive the Product Strategy for the organisation and have collaboratively worked on;- Defining the product-market fit and then managing the product roadmap from MVP to a sophisticated product- Understanding customer's desires and needs, through multiple channels like sessions with customer users, customer success team and direct feedback management system- Driving adoption among the users by targetting different segments and converting sceptical users to adopters.- Collaborating with stakeholders in conceptualising solutions to the problems that end-users come across. Tool multiple key features from idea to implementation.- Working cohesively with Engineering Team as a Product Owner to deliver high-quality results through quarterly releases - ensuring proper migration and company-wide testing. Successfully deployed 4 quarterly releases for the organisation- Defining the communication plan about the release and then ensuring proper Training of the new features through training courses, videos and on-field sessions- Formulated key metrics for customers to track their project performance, making them more cost-efficient with their Projects

HolidayMe is an online travel agency based out of Dubai. I was responsible for the B2C website and the internal tools for Holidays line of business. During my time at HolidayMe, I was involved in;User Research and Data Analytics:- Analysed the data related to user's interaction with the website on a daily basis using tools like Omniture, Google Analytics and identifying the anomalies in the patterns- Defined and set up regular A/B test cases and then frequently analysing the results to figure out the improvement opportunities in the UI/UX of the website- Figured out quick wins in UI to improve the user experience, led to an amazing increment of the visit to order conversion (from 0.022% in Oct'17 to 0.28% in Jul'18)Product Strategy:- Evaluated customer's past booking data and analytics to figure out the key features for future release. And based on Business priority, impact and effort maintained the Product Roadmap- Drove the online holidays business through regular prioritisation of features for converting offline leads to online sales. It led to a 55.6% YOY revenue growth through the online channelProduct Development and Innovation:- Improved the customer-facing payment gateway, introduced EMI as a new mode of payment and HolidayMe payment wallet- Scaled up internal tools to handle multiple parallel operations, led the integration to FreshDesk CRM tool to make it easy to handle customer leads- Introduced a new channel for sales as Chat, through integration with external tool LiveChat Inc- Revamped the entire B2C website with modern UI, latest technologies and a recommendation engine to automate the package creation
