As a placement head in the Placement Committee of NMIMS SPPSPTM I was incharge of bringing in job opportunities for the students of my batch. Another important responsibility was to build and maintain cordial, healthy and amicable relations with companies making sure to convert it into a sure shot recruiter. As a part of the placecom, largely I improved on my communication skills, developed deeper understanding of the market from a recruiters point of view and honed my over all soft skills. I had a very enriching experience that will help me in my future endeavours.

- I undertook activities like forecasting the long range plan (LRP) for selected molecules, understanding their position in the market by performing its competitive analysis. These 2 activities boosted my research skills and made me acquainted with important databases like the IMS IQVIA data, API's Atlas data and the Cortellis intelligence data. - Performed country specific analysis of the UAE market by in depth mapping of all the molecules currently in sale in that country. Successfully achieved the objective to narrow down on which molecule to be launched in the UAE market that would either expand company hold or add a new product to the company's portfolio. The activity taught me how to gather market intelligence data and interpret it to make the right predictions. - The activities helped to get used to the medicines (API), their doses, their regulations specific to the country and gain market awareness

- I managed the official social media pages of the fest. Undertook digital marketing and online promotion activities through Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat It helped me to groom my social media and communication skills. - Successfully managed a team of 4-5 people and worked collectively to create online presence of the fest. Initiated a new voting system to make the experience more interactive.
