Responsible for participation and assistance in the activities related to the packaging and servicing of syndicated lease and loan assets in the USA.Assist in ensuring that all credit reporting documents are prepared and complete according to the program requirements prior to release to investors.Assist in seeing that all post-funding follow up items are assigned and delivered to investors in accordance with servicing agreements.Help coordinate transaction closings with internal and external customers.Work closely with Syndications Team to assist in placement of transactions in the marketplace. Help identify and prepare portfolios of retail contracts for market distribution.Assist business as necessary in the servicing of sold accounts (e.g. end of term, modifications,early buyout, repurchases, assignment and assumptions, and repossessions).Support the creation and distribution of reporting to management and funding sources.
