I have nearly 10 years of experience as a technical director. I am a respectable leader, performing above and beyond my duties to improve the production department and broadcasts. I have a desire to use my current knowledge, experience, and skills to aid in the advancement of broadcasting, as well as expand my abilities as a passionate leader. I am dedicated to my work, creative, detail-oriented, and responsible. I can multitask while finding new ways to complete my deadlines. My work experience includes, but is not limited to: directing on a Ross Carbonite 2M/E Production Switcher; operating camera using Panasonic HD Studio Cameras; live audio with Yamaha 32-Channel Digital Audioboard; graphic design and animation using Ross XPression Graphic Systems, and programming with Visual Logic; leading a full production crew; tuning in and shooting live shots; preparing broadcast program rundowns using AP ENPS; and, managing broadcast times while communicating with my producers, on-air talent, and Master Control operators. In addition to my job duties, I can troubleshoot equipment issues, and, if needed, fix them with engineering permission and/or assistance.Outside of work, I direct and live stream church services and events, and teach an adult Sunday school prophecy class. I also have experience in music composition and computer assembly. I am currently a distance learning student earning my Bachelor of Science degree at Lee University in the field of Ministry Leadership, with an emphasis in Pastoral Ministry. I can successfully perform my job duties, as well as study, without either one interfering.I am a quick learner, have a passion to learn new things, and I like to take on new challenges. I can adapt to change while I lead the team, calmly. I enjoy bringing forth new ideas and implementing them for the advancement of the company.
