Currently working on an Accounts Receivable application which is a new module that directly integrates with the point-of-sale, customer management, and order management retail software applications.• Develop product business requirements using agile methods, including user role definition, user stories and other techniques aimed at providing clear, easy to understand “real life” scenarios• Documenting, testing and validating retail data and scenarios• Creating screen mockups in Balsamiq and functional documents for developers to create finished product• Researching and analyzing competition, industry trends, product marketing strategies and applications• Work with Sales and Marketing teams to provide knowledge and support of products• Serve as a customer advocate by understanding customer needs and helping them solve real life problems• Develop key customer relationships and establishing buy-in for company’s approach

The Salt Lake City site was purchased by Protherics January 2007. I was brought in September 2007 and the first thing I was asked to do was bring the company into SOX compliance by January 2008. From there all policies and procedures needed to be changed to adhere to the parent company in the UK. I prepared financial statements, reconciled balance sheet accounts, intercompany reconciliation, responsible for outside audits (KPMG). Created comprehensive budgets and forecasting models. Applied both GAAP and IFRS standards.I converted the ERP system from QuickBooks to Great Plains, which is what the entire Protherics group uses. My direct report is to Rolf Soderstrom, CFO in London.
