NGS 1 is an introductory (9th or 10th grade) laboratory-based science class. Course content focuses on Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Earth and Space Science concepts that are aligned to the California adopted Next Generation Science Standards and the Common Core State Standards for Math and English Language Arts. I wrote summaries detailing public comments on a wide range of topics and edited selected portions of the MBNMS 2016 Draft Management Plan.
