Since 1982 Rainer Hartlep works in the field of Vocational Training with modern media. As a consultant he developed and introduced together with his team at TELERAT the computer based system for the German Post Office (ACIL, FUNLINE and Clip). This system was in the 1990 one of the largest CBT applications worldwide and had during this period about 600,000 learning session. The Teachware Management System (TMS) developed by TELERAT enabled the easy usage of personal computers for learning purposes.After selling standard learning programs on CD-ROM from different vendors he got in contact with the British based e-assessment specialist Questionmark. Since 1999 he concentrates on online examination, self assessments and surveys. Together with his team at TELERAT he advised between 1999 and July 2014 his customers in using Questionmark Perception for asking students, employees and customers. Training, customizing, technical support and content creation give him expertise in the variety of e-assessment applications.Lectureships at the Universities for Applied Sciences in Berlin (Fachhochschule der Deutschen Bundespost) and Bremen (Hochschule Bremen) as well as teaching for Vocation Training gave him experience in adult education.Today Rainer and his team offer and support GyrusAIM for learning management in Europe as well as e-assessment services (consultancy, tech support, content creation) worldwide.
