I created, implemented and executed marketing strategies for global Pharmaceutical and FMCG Brands over 25 years. I executed global product launches across various sales and marketing leadership roles, ranging from local to global responsibility. I led, coached and developed teams from 10 to 350 people through successful product launches and towards commercial excellence. Hence, my USP is successfully defining and executing marketing strategies, coupled with deep leadership experience. In addition, I understand the impact of AI on future marketing and sales execution, as I am defining AI applications for sales force execution improvements with ctcHealth. I am currently part of the Heidrick & Struggles office in Zurich, which is developing the Interim Management offering in Switzerland, as well as part of Atreus, a Heidrick & Struggles Interim Management service provider based in Munich. I am supporting clients in Life Sciences with Interim and Project Management Solutions to successfully respond to leadership gaps, drive organizational transformation, and to consult on project execution.I am passionate about impactful leadership, organizational development, change management, marketing strategy, sales excellence and the future role of AI. I hold a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, along with an MBA from the University of St. Gallen, specializing in Finance & Accounting.
