As Director of Investment Analytics, Matt supervises all underwriting within the company, coordinates all acquisition closings, and manages financing for acquisitions. In his time at TerraCap, Matt has coordinated closings on over $2.7 billion in acquisitions and dispositions and supervised $2 billion in financing for those acquisitions.From July 2014 to October 2016, Matt worked as a Financial Analyst. From October 2016 to October 2017, he operated as Asset Manager of over $200 million of assets. These assets included a mix of Class A and B office properties across the SE United States. As Asset Manager, Matt worked with the leasing brokers to negotiate leases and supervised capital improvement projects.
