I started my career in administration getting a good understanding of administration and it's role in business. I then moved into sales and spent 5 years working door to door then call centre and earning a good income. After Several redundancies I moved into banking, sales then collections and finally managing. I now run Hartshead Productions LTD and have done this since Jan 2012. I moved into the media business as this has always been a passion. my out of the box thinking and problem solving abilities makes this industry my ultimate challenge. With a background in sales and administration I feel I have the correct skill set to make my business successful. I have used my skills in video production to help many small businesses make better social media videos with hints and tips and advice on the best camera and equipment to buy,I have also helped many young people get started in this industry by offering voluntary work and even an apprenticeship.
