ACE’s are strongly linked to the development of a wide range of issues and health problems throughout a person’s life, therefore our aim is to help increase resilience, build self-esteem and promote positive change for the future. Mentoring sessions are targeted using a specific outcomes framework that measures impact in the following areas: behaviour & resilience, relationships, healthy living & exercise, confidence & self-esteem, skills & knowledge and community engagement.
