It started when Stewart Griffith met Robin Zill at a party and learned she was learning therapeutic massage but didn’t have a massage table. Stewart had built one or two for friends and saw a great opportunity to spend some time with someone he was attracted to. He offered to build her a table and she took him up on it as long as she could help. Little did either realize it was the beginning of a family and a company, TouchAmerica. The sprit that converted a shipping pallet into a massage table exemplifies the resourcefulness and concern for sustainability the company started on and has remained a core value ever since.
