 Approximately 5000+ jobs have been monitored daily. Worked on Shift basis and provided24/7 on-call Support. Onsite-Offshore communication, attending calls with team to understand about newly movedjobs in production. Have to fix Data Issues with analysis by digging and reach business users with solution. Weekly presenting report (WSR) to client, discussing on issues and providing resolution. Resolving Service Now Incidents on priority basis. Responsible for the emails from the user interaction and communication with adhocrequest and priority issues which should not be impact on business. Involved to load the files manually in production requested from users. Have to send the status for critical jobs through dashboard on daily basis. Responsible for Monitoring Informatica TIDAL jobs and should take respective action onfailed and long running’s for making sure not to cross SLA. Support to the lower environment while requested from business user Responsible for enhancing the existing Informatica jobs based on requirement. Should prepare weekly dashboards and deliver to high level management Have to load various files in production for different users.
