- To manage repair, industry, logistics, quality, and related supporting departments of Transformer Repair Workshop by taking actions within Alstom Grid group observing profit/loss management.- To provide achievement of annual targets of Transformer Repair Workshop. To plan, edit, execute and coordinate related activities; report results to Unit Managing Director and due to matrix organization also to related managers within Alstom Grid.- To represent Company and Company goals at Unit level for its product/service group to the customers, suppliers and contracting companies. - To provide effective use of Transformer Repair Workshop’s personal, financial and technical sources in order to keep short and long-term profit balances.- To manage, encourage and motivate the workshop staff and provide discipline within the workshop.- To determine annual targets and prepare development plans of the workshop staff, actualize and control them with intermediate interviews.
