With over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and dedicated human resources professional who strives to create a positive and engaging work environment for all team members. I have a bachelor's degree in tourism management from Boğaziçi Üniversitesi and Breda University of Applied Sciences. I am currently working as a Human Resources Professional at Hilton Munich Airport, where I support the hotel's vision, mission, and values.In my previous role as a HRD at Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus, I was responsible for counseling department heads on various aspects of human resources, such as legal, team member relations, performance, occupational health and safety, and benefits. I also led talent management and succession planning initiatives, and supported the hotel's short and long term strategies as a business partner. Additionally, I streamlined HR processes from recruitment to legal and integrated online systems, and spearheaded team member experience and social responsibility projects.
