Drawing inspiration from large-scale organizations abroad, we have nourished our imagination and brought them to life in Adana. Founded by three university students with zero capital, I AM Organization has now become the beloved and most followed face of Adana.

During my tenure at Kodluyoruz Association as part of the Şevket Sabancı Vizyonuyla İlk Fırsat Program, I managed the entire Human Resources (HR) processes from start to finish. I played an active role and gained in-depth experience in all HR disciplines, including recruitment processes, employee relations, employee experience improvements, event organization, legal process management, and contract preparation.Throughout this comprehensive experience, which lasted for about a year, I had the opportunity to deeply understand the awareness brought by working in a non-governmental organization. Kodluyoruz Association provided me with significant opportunities to enhance both my soft skills and technical and practical competencies related to Human Resources. During this period, I made notable progress in teamwork, problem-solving, effective communication, strategic thinking, planning and organization, and organizational leadership.The knowledge and experience I gained during my tenure at Kodluyoruz laid a strong foundation for my career and made significant contributions to my professional development.

The Human Resources assessment team within "Elemental Value," which provides consultancy to various companies, conducted various activities. Assessment studies were carried out with candidates undergoing the promotion process, and a full day's schedule was planned for consultants and candidates alike. In these hybrid model operations, the daily flow was facilitated for both parties. Hosting of candidates, informing them about the schedule, and all operational processes were successfully completed. Throughout all these processes, close collaboration was maintained with the Human Resources team, and assessment activities were closely observed.

In collaboration with Decathlon Turkey, extensive research has been conducted on the vital discipline of "recruitment" within the human resources department. The organization has fulfilled its needs by screening potential candidates from various platforms and establishing communication with suitable candidates. The entire interview process has been successfully completed according to the planned interview schedules. To enhance the recruitment process, research conducted in partnership with HR experts has resulted in necessary improvements being implemented within the system.
