Current• Managing all aspects of the Network of HIV Peer Support Providers, to increase access to high quality peer support programmes, according to best practice and standards.• Providing consultancy, training and support to the voluntary sector and clinical partners to increase the participation of people living with HIV in design, implementation and delivery of services and projects.• Coordinating a network of peer support providers, ensuring access to opportunities for training, learning, linkage, and research are available.• Working collaboratively with partners to enable continued delivery of peer support training and related learning opportunities across the UK.• Working collaboratively with HIV sector and other health and voluntary sector as well as other national networks to promote the health, wellbeing and quality of life for people with HIV.• Providing supervision and support to Positively UK’s Volunteers to ensure their wellbeing, development and engagement in Positively UK services, activities, and events.• Working with the management team in building robust evidence about the effectiveness of peer support through our monitoring and evaluation systems.• Advocating for peer support provision across the wider health and voluntary sector, promoting the value of experts by lived experience in service delivery.• Working with the CEO and leadership team to inform Positively UK’s strategic direction and fundraising.• Developing and delivering HIV and non-HIV peer support training for HIV and non-HIV partners.• Supporting the delivery of key events at Positively UK such as National Conference of People Living with HIV.
