Lead the ISCP initiative, connecting 1,400 students from 31 schools in Bangladesh, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and France to discuss climate change and innovative solutions.Coordinate live sessions between Friendship School students and their counterparts in France, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, facilitating cross-cultural dialogue.Develop video content for Bangladeshi students on climate change, cultural introductions, and related topics, which are shared with partner schools abroad.Create challenge scripts for Bangladeshi students, designed to engage and educate, and share these with international partner schools.Drive the expansion of the project, fostering global student collaboration and empowering young advocates for climate action.

Here I am responsible for-Track and mentor potential Friendship School Graduates (FSG).Facilitate grooming sessions for potential Friendship Schools Students (FSS).Organize and conduct capacity-building orientations and training for teachers and facilitators.Identify local technical and skill development training providers and employers.Prepare and share regular progress reports on CGC programs.Accompany students for their university, medical college, and training center admissions.Conduct both online and offline sessions for university and nursing admission tests.Organize meetings, take notes, and prepare detailed meeting minutes.Prepare reports for various meetings and work assignments.Develop and submit work plans and work achievement reports.
