Harvey (Harv) Bishop is a journalist and academic committed to exploring the intersection of social justice, environmental sustainability and spirituality. His profiles of integral sustainability and leadership educator Barrett C. Brown and spiritual teacher and author Adyashanti will be in the December 2014 issue of Science of Mind magazine. Interviews with John Mackey, co-CEO of Whole Foods, and spiritual philosopher Dr. Marc Gafni will be published in 2015 as part of the magazine’s focus on the relationship between Integral theory, Unique Self teaching and social transformation. As a University of Colorado Denver political science department faculty member, Harv teaches integral politics in his classes, stressing the importance of taking first, second and third person perspectives.
