Acquisition Manager:-“A team of five entrepreneurs, leaders in their respective fields, joined hands together to form a group called as –TCS Group. We are doing Operation & Maintenance along with INDUS TOWERS Ltd . in uttrakhand .I am handling, Operation & Estate department for the Two Clusters (DDN & HW) along with Indus Tower.” Currently I am handling 55 technicians and responsibility for the O&M Activities:-1. Managing O&M activities of DDN & HW Clusters (830 sites) and maintaining network availability 99.97-99% within the constraints.2. Co-ordination with 55, O&M Tech & FSE (Field Supporting Eng.) and SME vendors and tracking of each site with all stake holders to ensure proper O&M of the sites.3. Looking after all O&M Activity at 830 sites & all their issue like Owner’s Agreement renewal/Rent/access Issues, Disconnection of EB at all electrified sites and any miss happening during diesel filling and Keep coordination with network and security team for smooth network.4. Close Monitoring of Security Staff deployed on Cell sites across the Zone and suddenly checking of security’s patrolling vehicles and takes their checking report on daily basis which are running in night shift at sites to prevent the theft/Pilferage of diesel & network equipment’s.5. Resolving contractual, commercial issues and disputes issue during new sites .6. Estate Issues/theft issue /sharing issue /Access issue /Public issue. 7. Land owner’s rent Issues .8. Rent negotiation during new site agreement/ OPCO sharing Agreement.9. Operators sharing issues along with OPCO /Indus /Land owners.10. Achievement of Weekly and Monthly output target captured site /Access issue /controlled theft issue etc land owner’s issues.11. 100 % NEFT collection target !!.12. Monitoring Fuel consumption of the Diesel Generator for the Cluster.13. Interacting with Govt. Departments like Police, Hydel, & Fire Department.14. Vendor Management/ SME Management .

1. Experience in execution of Estate activities in O&M and ensure 100% resolution of Owner issues , accesses issues , public issues, police liaising ,RTGS with customers & owner. Reducing O&M costs and developing subordinates with a view to improve customer satisfaction and significantly reduce capital and operational expenditure.2. Responsible for vendor management, purchase & distribution of printing & stationary, safety & security management, housekeeping, tour & travel, legal cases, maintain office assets & infrastructure, AMC, Liaoning with Govt. bodies etc.3. Technician Beat Plan (allotted sites) on daily basis4. Maintaining good customer relationship5. Meeting with vendors , and Supervisors to ensure the deliverables 6. Site visit for checking the quality of work & Compilation of action/improvement plans for daily activities of Supervisors & Vendors 7. Maintain good quality work for the TMP. Reworking for poor quality assessment to be maintained fewer than 10% tower of overall scope8. On time & accurate MIS reporting for TMP9. To ensure immediate submission of self-certificate and check-list of completed sites.10. 100% Compliance of Safety standards to achieve and maintain quality standards as per project requirement 11. 100 % NEFT collection target !!.12. Achievement of Weekly and Monthly output target13. Managing the Operations of Mobile Towers of Indus Towers14. Liaison with Govt. departments Like Aviation, Police, Hydle & Fire Department.15.
