With over 15 years of experience in customer service, training, and instructional design, I am passionate about creating engaging and effective learning experiences that empower and inspire learners. I most recently worked on a year long contract as an Instructional Designer at Nike, where I designed and developed innovative and interactive e-learning solutions using Articulate 360 and other tools. As an Learning Experience Designer, I apply the full ADDIE development cycle and the current standards for adult learning to create learner-centered and performance-based courses that align with the business goals and the learners' needs. I also have extensive experience in LMS administration, facilitation, and evaluation of training content. I have successfully delivered training programs for diverse audiences, ranging from new hires to advanced professionals, in various settings and formats, including ILT, VILT, and eLearning. I enjoy collaborating with SMEs, stakeholders, and learners at all levels of the organization to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning solutions.I believe that training should be easy to learn from and easy to teach from, which means putting the hard work into design and development. It means keeping your finger on the pulse of the business and the learners to understand where improvements should be made, and keeping in touch with constant feedback.
