During my time at Nike, I worked with a phenomenal team of instructional designers with a wide skillset to create and maintain learning materials for Nike’s retail employees. During my 1-year contract I developed micro-eLearning modules for new products, a major management workshop for new store openings that is now globally distributed across the company with a 95+% satisfaction rate from both participants and facilitators, and fully developed multiple short-form video training modules which included scripting, filming, editing, on-screen talent management, and location management.

As Customer Experience Learning Lead, I analyzed, designed, developed, facilitated, and evaluated all training content for the Customer Experience team. This team grew from ~80 in 2017 to ~430 at the time of being laid off in 2022. During this time, I maintained our rigorous new hire curriculum, worked closely with our overseas business partners and their training teams, administered our LMS, created new ILT/VILT and SCORM content, worked with SMEs and Stakeholders at all levels of the company, and maintained a consistent feedback process for learners and facilitators.

During my time at Apple, I had multiple roles. In the ABQ Uptown Apple Retail Store, I held positions as Specialist (Sales and general customer interaction), Family Room Specialist (Hosting workshops and one-on-one lessons, and performing minor device diagnostic and repair) and Genius (Diagnostic and repair of over 200 Apple devices). From there, I moved to Portland Oregon and worked for AppleCare phone support, quickly moving to the highest available tier of support. From there, I spent a couple years as a new hire trainer where I trained over 250 new advisors for the site and performed new hire training for 2 other site openings. Towards the end of my career here, I became a supervisor and managed a team of 16 advisors for a year before moving on to my next job at Mercari.
